Abstract:
Objective
The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between job stress, job burnout and job satisfaction among employees in the job is well Gilan province.
Methods
A descriptive and correlational research that target population well-being of all employees of the ancient city of Gilan province in various welfare agencies are Gilan province. Which is based on systematic random sample of 200 subjects were selected. The study of job stress questionnaire Osipow (1987) Inventory job satisfaction and Hyvlyn Smith (1969) Inventory Job Involvement Kanvngv (1982) Maslach Burnout Inventory and Jackson (2001) was used.
Results
The regression coefficient indicates that the job stress and burnout, job satisfaction is the subject prior forecast. Between job stress and job satisfaction are related. (P<0/01) Between workload and job satisfaction are related. (P<0/01).Between job satisfaction there insufficiency (P<0/01) between role ambiguity and job satisfaction there (P<0/01) The changing role of job satisfaction there (P<0/01). There is a relationship between responsibility and job satisfaction (P<0/01).Relationship between the physical environment and job satisfaction, job involvement and job satisfaction there. between variable (P<0/01). The changing nature of work and job satisfaction there (P<0/01). the changing administrative relationship with job satisfaction and job satisfaction there between variable cooperation (P<0/01). Between improve job satisfaction there. between variable wages and working conditions and job satisfaction are related burnout and job satisfaction there. between variable (P<0/01).Failure relationship between job satisfaction and job satisfaction there. between variables emotional exhaustion. (P<0/01).Between depersonalization of job satisfaction there (P<0/01).
Conclusion
The results of the fourth quarter should be said as one of the main tasks of managers in organizations, identify potential staff and provide for their growth and prosperity, it inevitably makes administrators to govern the internal and external environment For motivation, it is necessary to identify the needs and to satisfy them try. The challenge of creating a balance between general and specific objectives of the organization and the individual employees. Thus, job satisfaction and thus contribute to product interaction (interaction) with a situation in which the person is placed.
