The Role of Software Thereats of Social Networks in the Police Intelligence and Criminal Investigation Missions

Social netwroks can have various sever threats and harms in different environments. Making communications easier and faster, such networks can lead to a plethora of challenges from security perspectives.The present paper tries to elaborate on the software threats ofsocial networks in the police intelligence and criminal investigation missions. This is an applied descriptive study. Questionnaire and interview were used as the instruments of data collection. The findings showed that there was a significant relationship between the users’ quarellsome behaviours and the police intelligence ana criminal investigation missions.
