The determination of the extent of Iran police commander's readiness for deployment of MAKNA plan

The main purpose of this research is to determine the extent of disciplinary command readiness for deployment of MAKNA plan (Iran’s police quality management) in Kurdistan province disciplinary command. MAKNA in Iran police is a multi-management method that has emphasized the processes of learning and teaching. Among the most essential steps in its implementation phases is the determination of the extent of Iran police commander's readiness for deployment of aforementioned plan; because Iran police high commanders are responsible for planning and implementation of reform measures. In this research, six principles of commitment (customer's satisfaction) factuality, participation and cooperation, training and continuous improvement of MAKNA principles in Iran police should be considered. Statistical population include all province disciplinary commanders in three levels of high, intermediate and operational. Sampling method is also classified randomly and the distribution of sample volume among society classes is carried out due to the volume of each class, a suitable special method is used. For data analysis, SSPS software is used and the data in two levels of descriptive and inferential were analyzed. The results of the research indicated that the extent of Iran police commander's readiness for deployment of MAKNA plan is not suitable.
