A conceptual framework proposition for Islamic university development (Disciplinary science University case study)

Islamic university based on its scientific religious identity can educate skilled and responsible human resources for furthering Islamic Iran development. Therefore universities to be Islamic should reorganize itself meaningfully (efficient and effective) according to its environmental and internal requirements. This purpose can adeptly carried out by adapting a dynamic approach of organizational development in universities.in fact Islamic university before it can promote the endogenous development of country by actualization of its necessary and proper role, first it should transform and develop powerfully by appropriate developmental startegies.so that it can respond to its present and future strategic environmental necessities and requirements strategically. Accordingly in this article it is attempted by introduction, application and integration of three models resulted from the research in the field of university organization development, a framework titled dynamic system of Islamic university development formulated and introduced. Islamic university development system can be considered in a pattern of efficient behavior system and in a context of learning, strategic and systematic approach for enabling university and to play its national and scientific mission in Islamic culture and space. Meanwhile leadership has a central role. This framework can be a basis for transformation of disciplinary science university into an Islamic university.
