Measurement of the extent of customer's satisfaction from Iran police performance (Ilam province case study)

Abstract:
In new management system, attention to customer's satisfaction is one of the main directions and is considered as one of the effective factors on excellence and progress in successful organizations. Undoubtedly the study of disciplinary force performance (which is a society based organization) for improvement of its services is very important from management point of view. Extensity of assigned missions to disciplinary force and the increase and the complexity of crime from one hand and the increase of society expectations on the other hand have resulted in essential attention to performance appraisal of this organization. The result of duty fulfilment and the organization mission are a base for planning to improve quality and performance and organization excellence is sought in a phenomena called organization performance. Therefore in this research, the state of Ilam province disciplinary force performance through measurement of the extent of customer's satisfaction from Ilam province police stations in which quality management plan (MAKNA) are implemented are studied. Therefore the present research is metric and authors made questionnaires are used. The questionnaire has 12 questions about customer's satisfaction from organization services. The results of the research indicated that in sum the extent of customer's satisfaction from organization performance in Ilam province police stations is about 78/3% which is a relatively good percentage. In continuation of the article some suggestions for more improvement of performance and excellence of Iran police organization are given too.
