The role of equifinality in promotion of manager's creativity in military organizations

Regarding research carried out in the field of creativity and equifinality we witness that many researchers have mentioned the significance of this phenomena as one of the characteristics of open system for reinforcement of innovation and creativity. But no comprehensive research has been carried out especially for the relation of equifinality and creativity. Regarding the much significance of creativity in on time and effective decision making in military organization missions and the necessity of equifinality as one of the factors of creativity background provider seemed to be necessary in this field. In this research by study of past researches about equifinality and its relation with creativity it is attempted to provide a new classification of equifinality applications in organization that lead to creative results from different point of view. By reviewing and overviewing different researchers viewpoints about the subject of equifinality and creativity, the results of research in pattern of three dimension of equifinality and flexible control mechanisms, equifinality and working process and equifinality and accompanying structure with the associated constituents are divided. Finally a general summary of factors influenced by equifinality that have influence on organization creativity are introduced.
