The Pathology of Ethical Education Base on Hidden Curriculum (The case of: University of Kashan)

Abstract:
The purpose of this research was pathology of ethical education at University of Kashan based on hidden curriculum. Research type was mixed method and statistical population of research included all students in 2012- 2013 academic year that by random stratified sampling method 330 were selected. To gather data, a researcher-made questionnaire base on 5 likert scales and a interview with 3 item were used. pathology of ethical education questionnaire was studied on base individual components and social components. constructive and content validity of questionnaire confirmed. Questionnaire reliability by Cronbach alpha coefficient was obtained equal to 0.94. Quantity datas analysis done in infrential level (independent t-test, t-test, analyze variance and strutural equation modeling) by using Spss and Amos and in quality data analysis structural analysis method was used Findings from this study showed mean of individual and social components were bigger than average (3). Also development and growth of moral virtues or moral damages and tend student to anti- values was result is often hidden curriculum and non-formal to formal curriculum.
