Effective Factors on the Satisfaction of the Gilds Authorities of the Performance of Traffic Qualifications of Police

I.R.I police should work in a way that all people feel that they are doing their best to serve them. Departments of traffic qualification of police play a significant role in this regard. The present study is to elaborate on the factors effective on the satisfaction of the gilds authorities of the performance of traffic qualifications of police. The study is an applied analytic type. Questionnaire was used to collect the required data. All the authorities of the gilds and public places of Tehran formed the statistical sample of the study.the findings showed that the most important factor efficatious toward the satisfaction of the authorities of the gilds of the traffic qualification departments is the knowledge of the expers of the related directions.
