The relationship between emotional intelligence and mental vitality with self-efficacy

Abstract:
The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between emotional intelligence and mental vitality with self-efficacy. This study was a descriptive - correlational. For this purpose, 190 patients (122 female and 68 male) undergraduate students PNU lordegan were Chosen with random sampling as the sample and data collected of the Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire and status Mental Vitality questionnaire and self-efficacy scale. The results of the reliability and validity of the instrument was to acceptable. Data were analyzed by SPSS-16 using Pearson’s correlation test and multivariate regression. Findings proved that there was a positive Correlation between self-efficacy with emotional intelligence and Mental Vitality. The result of regression analysis showed that, these variables explain 39% of the student's self-efficacy variance.
