Introduce a tool; The (WJ III)

The Woodcock-Johnson III Tests (WJ III) is a valid and reliable assessment tool of both cognitive abilities and achievement among children and adults. It is based on the most current theoretical model of intelligence, Cattell-Horn-Carroll (CHC) theory. The WJ III consists of two distinct, co-normed batteries: the WJ III Tests of Cognitive Abilities (WJ III COG) and the WJ III Tests of Achievement (WJ III ACH). The WJ III ACH tests assess academic skills such as, mathematics, oral language, written language, reading and academic knowledge. The widespread use of WJ III by psychologists is due to exact standardization and normalization processes, comprehensive content and offering related therapeutic solution. This report introduce WJ III ACH tests as the basis for identifying academic areas, awareness of the cognitive processes involved in academic skills, learning its applications and a guide for developing achievement tests. The results of this report can have educational and research applications.
