Stress mediate the relationship between job satisfaction and morale of the armed service commanders and training managers

Abstract:
Introduction
Spirit of service for the employees of any organization is important. The purpose of this paper is to examine the relationship between job satisfaction and morale، stress mediation service.
Method
This research is descriptive. The statistical community is commanders and education managers work in one of the armed forces. A questionnaire was used for survey. And a structural equation model was used for modeling.
Results
The findings confirm that the structural model is a good fit.
Discussion
Directly affect the morale and job satisfaction. On the other hand، stress does not have significant influence on the morale of the job. Therefore، stress the role of mediator between job satisfaction and job morale is questionable. And the empirical evidence is not provided by a certified mediator to stress.
