The Agile-building Pattern of Governmental Organizations by an Approach to the Defense Organizations

One of the requirements of pattern defense organizations is the creation an agile organization and nimble staff to develop expertise, along with agility characteristics that they could be responsive to the needs and changes in an operating environment with a wide risk and, in other words, the lack of confidence. The theme of this research is the agile-building pattern for organizations by an approach to defense organizations. The problem of this study is that what is the desired agile-building pattern for organizations? How is the agile-building in the organizations by an approach to a defense organization? We used the library method for gathering research literature and tools for data collection are the questionnaire. The population is composed of 15 experts and used the Delphi method. To analyze the data used descriptive and inferential statistics and SPSS and Expert soft wares. The dimensions and indicators using selected by the Delphi method and were chosen by AHP, their criteria and weight, and then designed model was discussed by experts. Finding of this study is to present a pattern of the agile-building organizations by an approach to the defense organizations of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
