Comparison of life quality, psychological health and work-family conflict between the veterans and non-veterans in National Iranian South Oil Company

Aims
The purpose of this study was to compare life quality and work-family conflict between the veterans and non-veterans people that they work in National Iranian South Oil Company (NISOC) in 2015.Instrument &
Methods
Total of 500 people (250 veterans people and 250 non-veterans people) of the population were selected by using simple random sampling. The instruments that used in the study were Quality of Life Questionnaire (1998) and Work- Family Conflict Questionnaire (Carlson, 2000). The method of this study was comparative causal and Multivariate Analysis of Covariance Statistical Method was used to examine the hypotheses.
Findings
The results of the multivariate analysis of covariance showed there are no significant differences between the veterans and the non-veterans in term of the quality of life and work-family conflict. All three main hypotheses according to the findings were rejected.
Conclusion
iranain veterans have appropriate quality of life and low work family conflict.
