The relation between socio-cultural factors with crime in citizens of the City of esfahan

Context and Crime is act or omission of the act, unlike good morals and ethical discipline, but it should be noted that the main condition in the crime is not only acts against the moral and social order, but it is a criminal phenomenon and it is a anti-social act which in low the punishment is predicted for it. In this research the relationship between five factors including family, customs, and culture of training (education), peer group subculture, religious training and committing crimes was studied in five hypothesis. The method of this research has been descriptive - correlative and statistic society of this research includes the whole clients (2000) to Isfahan tribunal through 6 months.220 cases was elected among the statistical society with random categorized sampling. For gathering the research data two prepared questionnaires by researcher have been used respectively to study social-cultural factors of committing crimes, the ratio of committing crimes. Reliability coefficient for questionnaires of social-cultural factors and committing crimes were respectively calculated 84% and 99%. The conclusion of correlation co-efficient of social-cultural factors including family, custom, culture of training and education, peer group subculture and religious training indicates the significant relationship with committing crimes (P< 0.05).
