Abstract:
Present research investigated relationship between customer loyalty and customer experience management (CEM) in hotel industry. The research is survey and the statistical society is all four stars hotels tourism in marivan city also 150 tourism selected as sample. information research gathered by make- researcher questionnaire with reliability. /766(Cronbach's alpha). The research data analyzed by SPSS software in addition hypothesizes are examined through Pearson correlation and Freidman ways. In this study different parts of CEM that include functional, mechanic and humanic Clues are evaluated also its relationship with customer loyalty in tourism hotel examined. The result showed there is positive correlation between different parts of CEM and customer loyalty in marivan city four stars hotels also functional clues had the most influence on customer loyalty and humanic and mechanic clues were at next stages.
