The Causes of Democracy Promotion by America and its Software Instruments

Before the end of the cold war, the U. S. foreign policy makers described and specified the security of this country on the basis of communism and the former Soviet Union threats. But the collapse of the East Bloc led the mentioned society to adopt a new strategy that spreads democracy. So, the question of this essay is why the United States is determined to globalize its political democracy over the world. Therefore, this article, argues that America considers its own self political stability on the bases of the spread of democracy and for achieve its use the software instruments. The author, will resort to the descriptive and analytical methods to justify its research positions.
