Investigation the Role of Environmental Instructions in Reduction of the Use of polyethylene Material (Case study: District 9 of Tehran)

In this study, the role of education in reducing the use of polyethylene was investigated. District 9 of Tehran city council is located in the West part of the town with an area of 19.6 square kilometers inhabited by 170,000 people. Primarily, library research was conducted followed by the determination of sample size and the analysis of the questioner. Results showed that a reduction in the amount of plastic materials is strongly related to the level of education, job and municipal council services in district 9 which were evaluated positive. Results of the T-test show that a couple was trained on the comparison of polyethylene materials and control treatments indicate that training courses alleviated using polyethylene materials. Finally, successful strategies for district 9 of Tehran were designed in order to minimize the use of polyethylene materials.
