Compare the Concept of Optional Understanding of the Sharia and the Interests and Objectives of the Sharia

In Sunni approaches after the death of the Prophetsustainedefforts is done for understanding of the Sharia in some matters like interestsand objectives ofthe sharia. Given thatthesetitlescannot be seenin theShiapositive, the concept of optional understanding of the sharia is challenged. So, in this research some subjects like optional understanding of the sharia and interestsand objectives of it is analyzed in view of Shia and Sunni and then the similarities and differences between them is discussed.
