Proposing a Framework to Improve Performance of Technology-based Firms Based on Supplier Integration Capability

In recent decades, dramatic intensity and speed of technological progress, shape our world has changed. Whatever the role of technology is highlighted, Managers more pressure will fall to use technology to achieve better results and competitive strength. One of the factors in the development of any country is flourishing technology-based firms. In order to develop technology-based firms should always be factors that lead to improve their performance. In this context, technology-based firms highly require dynamic capabilities in order to confirm prominence in competition and improve the performance. Because the main axis oriented technology companies, based on technology that is consistently increasing rate of change is high. On the other hand, gain superior performance depends to the ability of company in integration with its partners in the supply chain. Thus in this article tried through the theoretical foundations, the role of supplier integration capability as a dynamic capability which consists of three subsidiary and complementary capabilities sensing, seizing and integration transforming are, on performance be investigated. Studies showed that technology-based firms can focus and investment on sensing, seizing and integration transforming, to achieve superior performance.
