The Role of ArabicLanguage in Improvement of Health Tourism in Iran

Abstract:
In Iran, health tourism is one of the most profitable kinds of tourism industry, and presents some favorable services to compete with other countries in terms of expense; so it can be a useful and confident economical ground. Although health tourism industry in Iran has a good condition, it suffers because of several reasons such as lack of medical service, weakness of translators and unsuitable tour leaders.Since Arabian tourists have taken most of their trips to Iran for treatment, presentation of services and translators’ attitude have really an important role. The aim of this study is to identify barriers and challenges, and present gaps, evaluation of problems, and some approaches to improve health tourism in Iran. Our research is library and internet based, and mentioned issues andproblems are the results of practical experience in the part of local management of health tourism in relation with Arabian countries. Health tourism industry in our country is in need of improving the quality ofeducation, such asdifferent accents of Arabian language and empowerment of Arabian translators.
