Abstract:

This study deals with recognition, clarification and demonstration of the factors affecting animosity and threat of the strategic environment exploited by the enemies against the IRIB by means of on-desk and environmental analysis. This research which is an applied-exploratory one in terms of purpose and an analytical-descriptive in regard with method is conducted upon cased-base in the field of national media. This study, by means of exploration and analysis of the antagonistic and defensive environment ruling the action of enemies against the IRIB and participation of the experts in the process of Delphi, determines and demonstrates the highly significant factors and constituents affecting the strategic action environment of the enemies against the IRIB upon passive defense approach. Furthermore, it analyses the role and position of effective actors in the media defense-conflict constellation; finally, it demonstrates the outcome in the frame of a recognized map.
