Evaluation of the hidden curriculum of Pediatrics

Training centers in addition to a pre-determined goals, other goals are fulfilled Unintended consequences which are either hidden curriculum is. The purpose of this study was to identify factors influencing the hidden curriculum of Pediatrics.
This study is a descriptive survey research. data were collected through a questionnaire. This questionnaire consists of 4 components 20 questions. Total number of trainees study on all children (130 students) in 2012-2013 were. The reliability is 0/087. To determine the formal validity of several versions of the questionnaires were medical faculty and education faculty. To analyze the data collected from the descriptive statistics such as frequency, mean and one-sample t-test was used.
The present study showed that the components of the beliefs and values, component connections and component rules is in good condition. The structure and physical component part are in poor condition.The inter-relationship between staff and students, the rules on duty and methods of evaluation and the number of beds and pictures and decorations installed for children state average. Statistically significant difference between male and female students perspective about the hidden curriculum children were observed.
Conclusion The results showed that the overall status of Pediatrics hidden curriculum is good.
