Transition from Moral Man to Divine Man, a New Approach to Dignity-Oriented Organization with Dignity

Abstract:
Objectives
The present research aims at developing a new approach to creating dignity-oriented organization by comparing anthropological foundations and human dignity in the Philosophical schools of Kant (moral man) and AllamehTabatabie (divine man).
Method
Reconceptualization and comparing anthropological foundations of two philosophical schools utilizing analytical-logical approach. The qualitative strategy type of this research is interrogative approach using typology method.
Results
The results of the article indicate while the divine man finds dignity by worshiping and total surrender to God and is inherent and acquired through stages of piety, a moral man is the pinnacle and goal by itself whose dignity is inherent and human and is based on reason, independence and rule setting.
Conclusion
The authors of the survey conclude humanity of today is in desperate need for becoming organization for humans and makes every effort to establish a dignity oriented organization. Based on this study comparative analysis, transition from moral man to divine man may provide a novel approach in creating a more dignified organization
