The Relationship between Management knowledge and teacher Creativity in Elementary school of Varamin

Abstract:
The purpose of the study was to explore the relationship between knowledge Management and teacher creativity. The participants in this study were 248 teachers at Elementary schools in Varamin. Two instruments were used to collect data. The Creativity was measured by the Rend sip Inventory .The knowledge Management was measured by made-researcher Inventory. The data were analyzed using the Pearson product-moment correlation technique, and multiple regressions. The major findings were as follows: A positive relationship between knowledge Management and teacher creativity. A positive relationship was found between each of dimension knowledge management (production of knowledge, refinement of knowledge, application of knowledge, knowledge transfer), with creativity. A significantly positive multiple relationships were found between knowledge management and creativity. There are not significantly distinguished knowledge management and creativity between republic Non-profit and shahed school.
