Effectiveness of cognitive behavioral stress management intervention on psychological and immune factors in patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis referred to the rheumatology clinics of Baghiat Allah hospital

Introduction
Nowadays, it has become clear that psychological interventions to stimulate the immune system processes are making positive health outcomes. This study examined the effectiveness of cognitive behavioral stress management intervention on psychological and immune factors among patients with Arthritis Rheumatoid. Method
The study population consisted of patients referred to the rheumatology clinics. The 44 patients with rheumatoid arthritis using purposive sampling in accordance with the inclusion and exclusion criteria were selected in two groups of 22 individuals were studied. Psychological and immune evaluation in the two tests of depression, anxiety and stress scale and blood samples was conducted in two stages of pretest and posttest.Results
using of multiple covariance analysis, the results showed a significant effect of the stress management intervention on depression, of patients with RA. The use of this intervention in reducing the immune parameter (CRP) became effective.Discussion
According to the results, considering and studying this issue and strengthen this aspect of health is very important. Keywords:
