An investigation of the efficiency of electronic publication and digital library at Islamic Azad University

Electronic journals are among rich sources of information that receive a considerable amount of time, money, and human resource. Since information is obtained through investing work, management, money, time, equipment, and expertise, it should be seen in economic terms. E-journals are of special importance. With the advancement of technology, electronic publication is developing more and more. The absence of time and place limitations of conventional libraries in digital libraries has made them more important.
