The Study Of The Relationship Between Management Styles And Efficiency Of Personals In khorasan Razavi Province Electric Power Distribution Company

This research determines the relationship between management styles and efficiency of personals in khorasan Razavi province Electric Power Distribution Company.
The main question in this research is if there is any relationship between management styles and efficiency of personals in khorasan Razavi province Electric Power Distribution Company.
The statistical population of the research is the central headquarter of Mashhad Electric Power Company and 15 other affiliated cities, totally 936 personals in the companies. The systematic sampling method was selected for determining the volume of the sample, then random sampling method was used. The present random sampling method of the research is 143 people with certainty of %90 in results. The information collecting means includes two questionnaires:1)Management style questionary which is a normed questionary and is used for determining the management style. This questionary is answered by personal in order to determine their management style.
2) Human resource efficiency confirmed questionary which is completed by managers for testing the efficacy of the employees.
The research method is descriptive measuring. For getting the results correlative and keramer V & PLI correlation coefficient tables as well as Spirman test have been used. For analyzing the data, the spss statistical analysis software has also been used.
