Abstract:
Perhaps the political skills of the most important features of any manager knew that if possession of it, can better manage their employees. Because few studies have been conducted in this area., The aim of this study was to investigate the role of political skills of employees on their career success considering the mediating role of professional ethics. The population of the study, employees and managers (formal and contracted) Municipality of Bandar Abbas, who was elected according to Morgan 200, for example. After gathering information through questionnaires were analyzed. Reliability using Cronbach's alpha coefficient and content validity it is enjoying the views of professors and experts in the field were confirmed. The AMOS structural equation model and research hypotheses with the help of software fitted surveys were analyzed. The results indicate that the political skills of employees with professional ethics, and career success and a significant positive correlation. And at the end of the mediating role of professional ethics in relation to political skills and career success was confirmed.
