Modeling of human resources management in high reliability organizations (studied case: electricity power companies in Iran)

Abstract:
In this research at first Properties of high reliability organizations is studied. Then it Considerate on properties of human resources management in these organizations. This means the new employees what characters should have? What are the human resource management's practices for developing personals? And finally how would personals retire from organizations? Modeling of human resource management have 16 components and this model is tested in Iran electricity power companies by field and survey method .this test in electricity power companies shows twelve components of model are exist in these companies and four components are absent. By interviewing expertise determine the four components are necessary but negligence causes this Absence. According to the high reliability organizations properties these four absent component must be in electricity power companies. Managers should create these components in their companies to achieve high reliability organizations in Iran country.
