Abstract:

This article surveys the reasons of Victor Hugo's attention to 'raman Literature and tries to clarify the similarity of his thoughts and considerations to those of Attar's based on theme of spirituality. The main message of this article is "Repentance" which leads the heroes of Attar and Hugo to spiritual superiority.
