The syntactic manner of functional features in Tabari Language

Abstract:
The situation and operation of some "functional features" or "syntactic markers", represent the function of the word in phrase, are different between the Tabari language and the Persian language. Unlike the standard language, prepositions make the complement of post-word and sometimes have different meanings. Adjective and prepositional compounds are "final head" in Tabari language unlike the standard Persian language that are "first head". Although the syntactic behavior of
"ra" is objective marker in Persian today, it has the other functions in Tabari language too. This paper seeks to assess the behavior of the functional features in Tabari language compared to Persian language through the attitude of the historical evolution.
