Prioritization of entrepreneurship barriers of physical education students by TOPSIS method

Abstract:
With rising unemployment levels combined with the loss of job opportunities in the country, it seems likely that entrepreneurship as a career choice in the future could consider; however, university graduates show very little interest in becoming entrepreneurs. The purpose this study was Analysis of barriers experienced by students in physical education Shahid Chamran University was designed. The statistical community of all the university students in physical education was based (263 Person) according to Morgan statistical sample 155 subjects were selected to collect data from a stratified random sampling method was used. The data collected through questionnaires barriers to entrepreneurship and Formal and content validity of the questionnaire was approved with a survey of 12 teachers of faculty of physical Education and Entrepreneurship of Ahwaz University. Internal reliability through Cronbach’s alpha Coefficient was estimated 0.81. Structural reliability was reported 0.78. Were then examined using TOPSIS method. Also Mann-Whitney U Test to assess differences between male and female students was the barriers to entrepreneurship. The findings indicate that Maximum operating weight Education barriers and personal barriers in second place were allocated. Students in course content and teaching methods leave behind were the most important factors. Fear of losing their limited capital and lack of confidence and lack of support for student entrepreneurs is another factor. It seems to redesigns and targeted educational content and tangible support to motivate students towards entrepreneurship will lead to students.
