The TV and guilty of infants

Today with growth of communications technologies Tv with its different functios has key roles in broadcasting news ,hobbies and educatin. Role of TV in education and hobby caused that people spend long hours of day for watching TV, infants are absorbed to TV, more than other groups and affected by that. TV, with that’s effect on infants has the role on quilty of them. TV, is measure that absorb infants to its programmes and make their charecters, TV, has direct and indirect effect on behaviour and future of infants. Effect of TV, on qulties of infants will be disscused in two aspects of exacerbation and prevention with regard of international documents such convention on rights of chid,unesco documents and domestic law of Iran that are experessing the function of TV, in prevention of guilty of Infants.The soulotions of international law and domestic law in exacerbation and prevention of TV, on guilty of children will be investigate.
