The Relationship between Marital Adjustment and Career Stress among Married Teachers in Educational Department of Shabestar

The aim (goal) of the present research is to to investigate the relationship between marrital adjustmentand career stresses among married teachers in educational epartment of shabestar. The sampleincluded154married teacher selected randomly and was tested from the view points of adaptability and career stress. To collect the required deta luke marital adjustment and staimtz careerstress questionnaire were used. The results showed that marital adjustmtnt and career stress have negative relationship and that there is no difference in the amount of marital adjustment and stress between men and woman.
