The Role of Three Normative Pathologieson Psychological Capital and Crafting: Structural Equation Modeling

Abstract:
This research was administered with the aim of investigating structural model of the relationship betweennormative pathologies (job alienation, normative conflict, and organizational anomie) withpsychological capital and job crafting.This research was a correlation researchand research statistical population was the all employeesofAsan Qazvin Printing and Packaging Industries Organization in Qazvincity, among them two hundred and fifty sixpersons were selected using simple randomsampling. Research instrument were includednormative conflict (Manrique de Lara et al, 2009), job alienation (Banai & Reisel, 2007),organizational anomie (Manrique de Lara & Rodriguez, 2007), psychological capital questionnaire (Mc Gee, 2011) and job crafting questionnaire (Tims et al, 2007). Data were analyzed using Pearson’s correlation coefficient and structural equation modeling.Results revealed that there is a positive significant relationship between job crafting and psychological capital, but there is a negative significantrelationship between job crafting with job alienation and normative conflict.
