Factors Affecting the Slowness of Banking Services Implementation from the Viewpoint of Bank Employees (Case Study of Tejarat Bank)

Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors affecting the sluggishness of banking services implementation from the viewpoint of Bank employees (Case Study of the Bank of Commerce). The present research is fundamental in terms of purpose and in terms of method is descriptive survey (seeking identification of the factors for the implementation of products and services). In this research, for collecting information about theoretical foundations and literature, the subject of the research was used through library studies and through reviewing books, scientific journals, internet sites, articles and student dissertations. The sampling method of this section was stratifiedrandom And specialist and related specialists in the field of product development. Sampling was carried out by experts and authorities responsible for product development in the above mentioned sectors of 116 people. After analyzing and analyzing the findings, Moore's components were extracted from the slowdown in the implementation of banking services.
