Analysis of Factors Affect Graduate Attitudes Related to Educational Components at Education Center of Khorasan-e- Razavi Jihad- Agricultural

Attitudes of students is one of the most important motivation factor that is gradually changed into behavior. attitudes have an important role in behaviour formation and employment of graduate students.The aim of this study was a survey about attitude of applied-scientific agricultural graduates. related to educational factors for determining influential factors on it.The statistical community which consists of 470 graduated students gathered from educational center of khorasan-e-e razavi jihad-agriculture at the end of 2013. The study was a of retrospective research. Data collection at the base of questionnaire.the validity of questionnaire was checked by 3 specialists and its. Reliability surveyed by ordinal theta coefficient (ѳ=./86).the analysis of data were done in three domains of cognitive (knowledge), emotional (insight) and skill (behavior).the analysis of dependent variables and determination of influential factors on attitude was done by Probit multi regression model.The results showed that the attitude of graduated females is often an integrated attitude and partly insight and about graduated males their attitudes are often behavioral attitude. free quota graduates had cognitive attitude and young graduates had emotional attitude.
