Investigate the relationship between psychological empowerment and improve performance in District 18

Abstract:
This study aims to investigate the relationship between psychological empowerment and improve performance in District 18 of Tehran by using descriptive and correlational study was conducted. The population in this study was all employees of District 18 of Tehran in 1395 based on the latest available information and statistics 830 people. The sample size was determined using Cochran formula 263. Simple random sampling is used. To measure the variables used in this research were two questionnaires empowerment and employee performance. Validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by experts. The reliability of questionnaires by Cronbach's alpha coefficient, empowerment questionnaire (81/0), and the staff (83/0) were estimated. For the analysis of descriptive and inferential statistical methods (Pearson correlation) were used. The results showed that a significant feeling of empowerment and all its dimensions, sense of competence, a sense of autonomy, a sense of efficiency, a sense of confidence - there is a significant positive relationship with employee performance.
