Effects of personal and organizational factors on military morale of staff of a military unit and their ability to deal with threats

The aim of the present study was to investigate the effect of individual and organizational factors on military morale and coping with threats, in Employers a military Unit.
Statistical population included all Employers that worked in Employers a military Unit. Sample size based in Cochran formula estimate 210 by selected based on stratified random selection and to collect data, two questionnaires were used; military morale questionnaire and coping with threat questionnaire. Cronbach's alpha reliability coefficient of the questionnaire (0.96) is calculated.To analyze data both descriptive procedures and inferential statistics (F test, Pearson correlation, and multivariable regression) were used.
The results of the study indicated that there are positive correlation between military morale and coping with threat .among organizational effective factors only degree and position effected on coping with threat. Among organizational effective factors such as training time, tenure age have effected on military morale .
The results indicated a comparative- causal model that the aim of it was probability causes a coping behavioral model.
