Content analysis of religious parameters in Kid's and teen's magazines

The aim of this research is the content analysis of the religious parameters in kid's and teen's magazines. This study is applied and the design is content analysis. The sample was the magazines published between the years 1391-1392. The unit of analysis was pages of magazines and the validity of the instrument was confirmed by the experts in Islamic teaching. To determine the reliability of the instrument, the retest methodology was used and the correlation coefficient was found to be .81. the findings revealed that the parameter of moral stories with the information load of .872 and the importance coefficient of .502 , in comparison with other parameters, were given more attention. In contrast, the parameter of FOROE DIN, with the load of .521 and the importance coefficient of .236 were given the lower attention. With regard to the training role of the stories in transforming the moral concepts and its compatibility with the developmental features of kids and teenagers, the magazines, to a great extent, have efficiently utilized this instrument; yet, the important parameter of FOROE DIN has been given little attention.
