Based on research findings, the priorities suggested by experts to have a corporation with high social responsibility are including: increasing level of organizational trust and psychological health of employees through of ethical leadership, Make of supporter organizational environment, establishment of the Ethic Committee in order to preserve organizational excellence, Serious support from senior managers to develop and implement ethical codes as guide of professional ethic and social responsibility principles, Informing and educating the ethic codes through an information system, assess the level of ethical perceptions of employees before employing, Implementation of ethical codes without discrimination and invasion of privacy and personal staff and etc.
