A study of administrative personnels communicative skills status and its relationship with teachers satisfaction in education of district one in Ardabil city in 2011

This study aimed at determining the administrative personals communicative skills status and its relationship with teachers’ satisfaction in education of district one in Ardabil city. The research method was descriptive – correlation. The statistical population was all teachers in district one, out of which 292 people was chosen through Cochran's formula. To gather the data two questionnaires namely Serokova`s satisfaction and researcher made administrative personnels’ skill adapted from managerial profile questionnaire. Using cronbach’s alpha the reliability of the two questionnaires were 0.96 and 0.93 respectively. To analyze the data descriptive and inferential statistics (Pearson’s correlation and stepwise regression) and SPSS software was used. The results showed that the personnels’ communicative skills status and the teacher’s satisfaction were average. The regression analysis showed that the personnels’ statisfaction were increased with higher scores on empathy, feedback, verbal / non-verbal and enlightening. Among communicative skills, the administrative personnels’ had a significant positive correlation with teacher's satisfaction.
