The Analysis of IRIB's Application in the Social Capital Improve

Today, the social capital is one of the soft power`s elements as well as one of the important components of the society and country`s "cultural security", and the social capital had decisive role in the Islamic Revolution and the Sacred Defense. There are some factors that affecting in the production of social capital, including the "Media", which is particularly dramatic developments in the field of communication technology in recent years and it became a powerful tool. The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between various functions of IRIB on the production of social capital in the country. The method combines qualitative and quantitative methods and different software is used for statistical analysis. The population sample of this study consist 77 experts in the fields of political science, communication sciences, social sciences and cultural affairs. The findings confirmed by direct relationship of many IRIB`s functions in indicators of social capital and, ultimately, we detected its allotment in the production of social capital in the indices.
