A study of the relationship between the quality of the staff work life with their productivity in Tabriz

The study determines the relationship between the quality of the medical sciences staffs work life in Tabriz University with their productivity. The research method was descriptive-correlation, the statistical population included all the staff at Medical Sciences in Tabriz University which was 460 person. Using morgan table the sample size was 240 people. The sampling method was ratio stratified random sampling. The Data collection was done through two researcher made questionnaires. The descriptive and inferential statistic were used to analyse the data through spss software .The inferential statistics such as correlation coefficient, independent¡ one way analysis ANOVA and stepwise regression were used to test the hypotheses. The results showed there was significant differenc between the staffs work life, salary & residuals, healthy work condition continuous learning opportunities, social relatedness work life¡with their productivity. There weren’t significant difference between work space¡ law abiding in the organization, developing human capabilities, age and record of service with the staff productivity. There was no significant difference between the quality of work life concerning staffs marital status and education, but there was significant different between the quality of life from the female & male staffs points of view.
