Selecting distinguished staff based upon the model of hierarchical tops is in a phase environment

Abstract:
Staffs appraisal in public organization has long been used and has numerous functions namely selecting the distinguished staff. This appraisal would be demanding process due to the subjective and objective criteria. The aim of this study is to select the distinguished staff based upon hierarchical tops is in a phase environment. This process occurs at different stages in an organization including senior managers, ordinary managers, experts and staff. The sample of 106 post-graduates staffs of SHahid Abbas Pori University were asked to answer in the framework of 13 main and secondary criteria and taking the average of them, the faculties candidates were appraised by a group of experts using tops is ultimately. The distinguished staff of the university was selected among the final candidates for this position.
