Necessity of A Religious Ruling System with an Emphasis on State-Oriented Nature of Social Jurisprudence

Social jurisprudence is inherently state-oriented; i.e. proper execution of many Islamic laws relies upon a ruling system. On the other hand, objectives of Islamic jurisprudence have state-oriented characteristics as well. Therefore, implementation of these objectives is only possible through a religious ruling system such that without a pious and virtuous ruling system many of these laws are ignored or are executed improperly. In fact, there is an inseparable connection between Islamic jurisprudence / religion with the issue of a ruling system. This article tries to prove the necessity of a religious ruling system to implement jurisprudential objectives and its laws.
