Education Movement Plan: An Effective Course for Commanders and Managers

Basijis Education Movement Plan’s been developed and implemented to elevate scientific levels and enable Basij’s commanders and managers, so that educational capacities’ of different Moghavemat bases authorities increases, their educational needs responds and human resources improves. The plan’s very necessary to study and gather comprehensive information about effectiveness of the plan in various aspects and strengthen educational contents and evaluating the plan. Some 372 commanders and managers from 2800 in different regions took up and studied through random survey. The results of the research studied through descriptive and inferential statistics, and accepted by 90% effectiveness. So the plan could get to its objectives.
