The Study of Effective Rate in the Execution of Unitive Readinesses Doctrine on the Individual Readinesses

This research examines the effective rate in the execution of unitive preparation Doctrine on individual readiness in Brigade 44 of Ghamare Banihashem after notification in year 1385. The hypothesis was that individual preparation of personnel such as faithful and spiritual preparation, general physical preparation, individual defense and fighting professional skills (general and special) have increased after notification of unitive This study is a scientific and inferentially descriptive research. The statistical population is included (140 commander's subjects of platoons, companies, battalions, managers, responsible of deputies, and remainder commanders. Samples were selected by randomly stratified way using kokran formula n=130. A questionnaire included twenty - one open-ended and three closed – ended questions was used to survey the effective rate in the implementation of unitive preparation doctrine on individual preparations. Data was collected and analyzed by computer, SPSS software, K2 test, and inferential descriptive statistics. obtained findings of the test K2 implementation showed that there was a significant positive effectiveness in hypotheses answers. Responders confirmed that the implementation of unitive preparation doctrine has increased individual preparations in Ghamare Banihashem, s brigade 44
