Effectiveness Review of Cultural Activities of Qom's Moghavemat Bases to Counter Soft Threats

This applied research uses correlation approach to review effectiveness of cultural activities of Qom's Moghavemat bases to counter soft threats. To do so, a main hypothesis and seven secondary ones developed. The research theoretical principles divided to three parts: (acknowledgement of culture, threats and Basij). Features of cultural strengthening Basij personnel checked by software through distance and grading measurements according to theoretical principles of the research, because most activities are common in Basij bases.
