Abstract:
The aim of this study is to predict job satisfactionbased on the components of emotional intelligence and organizational culture is PNU teachers. This research is descriptive. Who were selected by random stratified sampling? Data were collected in this study¡ three shot Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire (1998)¡ organizational culture Hofstede (1388) and job satisfaction Dennett (1966)¡ respectively.
Inferential statistics show that among the components of emotional intelligence¡ appraisal and expression of emotion and operation of excitement and there is a significant positive correlation with job satisfaction. The components of emotion regulation are the most predictive of job satisfaction of teachers. Significant positive correlation between organizational culture and job satisfaction level of p≤ 5/50there (just the avoidance of incontinence between individualism with the consent of the partners¡ there is no correlation factor). Also Mrdgrayy- feminism is the greatest predictor of job satisfaction university professors.
